Hi, I’m Jenny, a trauma-informed life coach with a unique gift for helping people heal deeply and quickly.
My approach blends spiritual wisdom, inner child work, and structured action plans to create life-changing breakthroughs in a fraction of the time most expect.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in pain.
My own journey through years of trauma—abuse, heartbreak, neglect, and significant transitions like divorce, career shifts, creative blocks and relocating across continents multiple times—taught me how to rebuild myself from the inside out.
These experiences, combined with years of dedicated study and coaching, have given me a profound understanding of the mind and how we can become effective again.
My work is about bringing you back to clarity and alignment so you can take the right action to create the life you want.

If you feel lost, tired, or weighed down by your past, I’m here to help you clear the mental and emotional roadblocks standing in your way so you can fully step into your creativity, purpose, and the life you’ve been longing to build.

As I got older, I found myself in painful relationships that mirrored my childhood—where patterns of emotional neglect and abandonment kept resurfacing, triggering the same wounds over and over. I spent years hoping that love would rescue me, only to realize that true healing had to come from within.
Determined to break free, I immersed myself in understanding how the mind and emotions create our reality. I studied Zen meditation, energy work, dream interpretation, and subconscious healing techniques.
I worked with ayahuasca to process unspoken grief, trained in the Silva Method to harness the mind’s power, and discovered the life-changing effects of inner child work.
Reconnecting with my younger self—learning to love, protect, and reparent her—transformed everything. I stopped seeking external validation and began creating a life on my own terms.

I now understand that our reality is shaped by the beliefs we hold and the thoughts we think. When we believe we’re unworthy or unsafe, those beliefs show up in every part of our lives.
Healing is about rewriting those beliefs, shifting emotional states, and creating a life that aligns with who we truly are.
I know how overwhelming healing can feel, but I also know how to move through it.
The work we do together isn’t just about processing pain—it’s about reclaiming your power and stepping into a life of clarity, freedom, and purpose.
Healing has been my life’s focus for as long as I can remember.
I grew up feeling unsafe, unloved and unsupported.
My mother was abusive, my father didn’t protect me, and as an immigrant, I spent years being bullied and ostracized.
These experiences shaped my beliefs about myself and the world, leaving me in survival mode. For years I struggled to understand why I felt so disconnected and unseen, constantly questioning my place in the world.
